At PlayActix, we provide digital activation licenses for media player applications.
All products are delivered electronically and no physical goods are shipped.
Because of the nature of digital products, our refund and return policy is limited.
2. No Returns Policy
Since all products are digital activations, they cannot be returned once delivered.
By completing a purchase, you agree that:
- Digital products are non-returnable
- Access cannot be revoked once delivered
3. Refund Eligibility
We may issue a refund only under the following conditions:
✅ Technical Failure
- Activation does not work
- Our support team is unable to resolve the issue
✅ Duplicate Purchase
- You accidentally purchased the same activation more than once
✅ Order Cancellation (Before Delivery Only)
- You request cancellation before the activation is sent
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Activation already delivered and working
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect app selected by the customer
- Device incompatibility
- Lack of knowledge on how to use the application
5. Refund Request Conditions
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of purchase
- Provide:
- Order number
- App name
- Device MAC address
- Detailed explanation of the issue
6. Support First Policy
Before any refund is approved:
- Our support team will assist you in resolving the issue
- Refunds are only issued if the issue cannot be fixed
7. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 3–7 business days
- The refund will be sent to your original payment method
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated:
- The activation may be suspended or permanently blocked
- Future purchases may be restricted
